I aim to make the treatment as relaxing and stress free as possible and I will provide all that is needed for the treatment that you have chosen. I will provide a couch, which requires enough space to use with adequate space to move around it. I will provide relaxing music, however if there is a particular music you wish to listen to then feel free to do so.
Update: Due to the latest guidelines I am kindly asking clients to provide their own towels, a pillow and blanket if needed, this is to lower the risk of cross infection as a mobile therapist. Clients should ensure they have cleaned their environment where treatment is being carried out, and basic self hygiene is maintained (if having reflexology please wash feet prior to treatment to limit any cross infection). It has been advised that all other members of the household are not in the same room where the treatment is taking place.
I will provide my own PPE, such as aprons, a mask, hand sanitiser, disposable couch roll, gloves for cleaning and recommended cleaning materials.
All treatments require an initial consultation and feedback so please allow 10-15 mins extra time for your first booking.
I would like to thank you for your understanding and support during this time.
Please contact me if you have a medical condition, as some conditions are a contra-indication to treatment and you may require a medical letter from your GP.
Reflexology and Indian head massage cannot be carried out in the first trimester of pregnancy. If you have had any previous complications in pregnancy it would be advised to speak to your GP prior to treatment. Please contact me if you have any questions.
Yes. Reflexology is very good for children and can help with issues relating to stress, anxiety, emotional problems, sleep issues. Parents are welcome to sit with the child during treatment if required. Anyone under age 18 must get parent/guardian consent.
It will vary from person to person on how you will feel after a treatment and what treatment that you have done. I shall provide specific aftercare leaflets for your treatment to take home. I do advise to rest after your treatment, drink plenty of water, avoid strenuous exercise and avoid alcohol for 24 hours.
The amount of treatments will depend on the person and their specific needs. This can be discussed during an initial consultation.
