These terms and conditions (“the Terms”) govern the users (“you” or “your”) use of the website (“the Website”) and your relationship with Inner Light Holistics (“we”, “our” or “us”). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access nor use the Website. By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by [Innerlightholistics.org.uk] and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 

This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

AMENDMENTS:

We reserve the right to make amendments to our site at any time. It is the users responsibility to check for any changes to this site.  

APPOINTMENTS:

Please set required time for your appointment and be ready at the time booked to ensure that I can provide the full time for each treatment.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS:

It is important that you advise us of any medical conditions/concerns, this includes any recent operations or injuries. Some conditions may contra-indicate the treatment and therefore needs to be addressed. Please make us aware if you are pregnant or trying to conceive. Treatment is safe after the 13th week of pregnancy, however the treatment may need to be adapted to suit the clients current condition. Please be aware that your therapist cannot diagnose medical conditions.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please allow 24 hours for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment price.  

MARKETING:

We may occasionally email  to notify you of new promotional offers. You have the right to opt out of receiving emails at any time. Please email info@innerlightholistics.org.uk to unsubscribe.

TRAVEL:

The business provided covers High Wycombe and surrounding areas in a 5 mile radius. If client's would like treatments outside of the 5 mile radius, Inner Light Holistics may charge a fee for travel expenses. The fee will depend on the distance in mileage. Please contact us for further information.

FEMALE ONLY  MOBILE SERVICE:

Inner Light Holistics does not currently offer treatments to men and is a female only service.
